Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Smartphone rumoured to be powered by Exynos 7420 & 4GB RAM

Recently we have seen Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has received Wi-Fi and Bluetooth certification, but we haven’t received any specifications of it yet. Although, we are now sure that the device is going to be unveiled soon and we have got another leaks dorm China that has revealed few specifications of the same. The post from Weibo revealed that the device would be powered by a Samsung Exynos 7420 SoC which will be coupled with 4GB of RAM.

Moreover, the specifications include UFS2.0 storage and have a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button. It will come with the connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port and other. It also showed SM-T820 and SM-T825 model number for the WiFi and LTE models. We need to wait for few more days for Samsung to officially confirm this device.

Earlier: After many leaks and rumors, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 now gets Bluetooth certified with a model number SM-T825. A few days back we have also seen the same device receiving Wi-Fi certification from WFA (WiFi Alliance) which clearly indicates that the device is going to be unveiled soon. Although, the listing does not reveal any specifications of the Tab S3 device we can expect them coming out soon.

There are plenty of devices from the South Korean Giant that are yet to be unveiled and Galaxy Tab 3 is one of them. This is the same model that was spotted on the Wi-Fi certification and will be an LTE variant. The previous rumors suggested that the device is going to comes with a 9.7-ich AMOLED display and will be powered by an Octa-core processor. Well it also expected to come in a smaller 8.0-inch display but we have to wait and see until Samsung confirms it officially.

Earlier: Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 that was rumored to be unveiled officially in September has now received Wi-Fi certification from WiFi Alliance (WFA). According to the listing, the LTE variant of the device carries the model number SM-T825 and is also expected to be launched within the first quarter of this year. There are other devices like Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A7 (2017) and Galaxy S8 are that going to be available soon.

In the month of November, the device was spotted on Zauba website which is an Indian import and export tracking website. Even after the announcement about the device getting unveiled in September, we couldn’t see the device for a reason which is still under cover. The certification ID is WFA69212, and the date of certification is January 6th, 2017.

According to previous leaks, there is a 9.7″ variant comes with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and it was an AMOLED display as well. Talking about other specs, it was powered by an octa-core processor with Quad-core 1.9 GHz & Quad Core 1.3 GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM along with 32/64GB of internal storage. This was expandable upto 128GB via a microSD card as well. The device was powered by a 5870 mAh battery internally.

The smaller 8.0 display comes with Super AMOLED display with 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD card. The Tablet runs on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with TouchWiz UI on top.
