Panasonic ELUGA I2, ELUGA L2 & T45 with 4G LTE, Android 5.1 Lollipop Launched in India

Panasonic has launched quite a few device in the last couple of months ranging from the ultra-low cost Panasonic Love T10 to a decent mid-range device Eluga Icon. The company has added three more smartphones Eluga I2, Eluga L2, and T45 to this list, they are officially launched today in New Delhi, India. All the three devices come with 4G LTE connectivity that has been made available in almost all the recently launched smartphones and runs on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Pankaj Rana, Business Head, Mobility Division, Panasonic India, said, “With the arrival of 4G LTE technology in India, we have developed three new 4G LTE compatible devices for the users who demand uncompromised high-speed internet on their smartphones.” He also added, “The three devices are positioned at flexible price points to provide new-age technology at reasonable cost. With this launch, we are aiming to capture 10% market share of this festive season.”

The Panasonic T45 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854×480) TFT display and is powered by 1GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. It has an 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.

Coming to the camera, it has a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. The 1,800mAh battery on this device expected to give up to 6 hours of talk time and to last up to 210 hours on standby. This dual SIM device also supports 21 Indian regional languages that was first seen on the earlier launched Panasonic Love T10 and Panasonic T33.

Like previous Eluga devices, the Eluga I2 and Eluga L2 also projected as best camera phones at their respective price ranges. Both the devices sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera. The Eluga I2 sports a 2,000mAh battery while the Eluga L2 comes with much bigger 2,500mAh battery.

The Eluga L2 has a 5.5-inch IPS display and comes in Grey Moondust and Black Leatherette finish on the back. The Eluga I2 features a smaller 5-inch display of unknown resolution. It has a metallic alloy frame around the device and will be available in the colors – Gold, Silver and Grey colors.

Both the devices come equipped with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The Eluga I2, Eluga L2, and T45 are priced at Rs. 8290, 9,990, and Rs. 6,990 respectively.
