And now after this time, we have yet another about the same device. According to this listing here, the device with the model number Z2151 is basically the next smartphone from the company and it will be called the ZUK Edge. Earlier – Lenovo launched the ZUK in China as an online exclusive brand to compete against the likes of Xiaomi and OnePlus. While in India, the company launched it as a series under the brand name of Lenovo. Now a new ZUK device is spotted on TENAA with the model number ZUK Z2151. From the design perspective, it looks similar to ZUK Z2 Pro that was launched in April in China but comes with a bigger display. From the images, we can also observe that the device with the model number Z2151 lacks the physical home button on the front. The volume rocker and power button can be found on the right edge of the device.

The ZUK Z2 (a.k.a ZUK Z2 Plus in India) & Z2 Pro came with a 5-inch and 5.2-inch Full HD displays respectively, while the upcoming ZUK device comes with a 5.5-inch display with the same 1080p resolution. Out of the three devices, the ZUK Z2 Pro sports the AMOLED panel that brings even better viewing experience than the normal IPS panels. Under the hood, it is powered by an unknown octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz. We expect this to be recently announced Helio P20 chipset built on 16nm FinFET process. The Graphics processing on the Helio P20 is taken care by the Mali T880 GPU.

It comes with a 4GB of RAM and will be available in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. As seen with the other ZUK devices, the ZUK Z2151 also misses the MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. Coming to the cameras, there is a 13MP rear sensor with dual tone LED flash and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with a customized UI laid on top. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G VoLTE connectivity. The Z2151 comes backed by a 3,000mAh battery which is smaller than the ZUK Z2 and Z2 Pro devices. If it comes powered by MediaTek processor, then it also lacks the Quick Charge option for fast charging.

Just like Z2 Pro, the Z2151 might sport a bunch of health sensors like heart rate and UV sensor. It measures 142.9 x 74.5 x 7.68 mm and weighs 160 grams. The device will be available in both Black and White colors.
