Blu Studio XL 2 Smartphone with Massive 6″ Display & 4900mAh Battery Announced

Blu, the US-based smartphone company, has launched their new smartphone called Blu Studio Xl 2. In the recent days, the company has launched Blu Studio G Plus HD, Blu X1, Blu Vivo 6 and Blu Studio G Max. The Blu Studio Xl 2 smartphone designed with a metal body design and packs with a large 6.0-inch screen on the front which feels compact design and slim as well. It has a 2.5D curved screen and will be available in Grey, Gold and Rose Gold color variants.

It comes with a massive 6-inch HD IPS capacitive touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution that offers pixels density of 245 PPI which gives better viewing experience. It runs on Android Marshmallow v6.0 with pre-loaded apps out of a box that improves the user experience. The Blu Studio Xl 2 Armed by MediaTek MT6737 Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz that is equipped with Mali 720 GPU and 2GB RAM which helps the device to run smoother with no lag. There is 16GB internal storage that can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

Regarding the camera, there is a 13-megapixel Camera with f/2.2 aperture, Autofocus, and Dual LED Flash which is capable of recording videos at 1080p resolution at 30 frames per seconds. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing Camera with LED Flash for capturing selfies even in the low-light environments. This smartphone comes with dual SIM slot that supports 4G LTE network. The other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, FM Radio and Micro USB v2.0 port.

The sensors of this phone include Proximity, Accelerometer, Ambient light and Gyro sensors. The phone is backed by massive 4900 mAh non-removable battery that gives 72 hours of standard usage and over 30 days of standby time on just one quick charge. It measures 165.7 x 83.6 mm x 9.1 mm dimensions and unknown weight.     6 in HD display, 2 GB RAM, and a processor clocked at 1.3 with 4900 mah battery, will easily last 2 days and should be able to handel multitasking smoothly. Shouldn’t launch for more than $150.
