ZTE Arrives Blade V6 Plus Smartphone with Fingerprint Sensor in Mexico

ZTE has been known for launching the smartphones at an affordable price in the segment. Recently, the company had introduced a new smartphone in the blade series called as ZTE Blade 506 that came with decent specifications and priced at EUR 159.90. Now, this brand has announced a new smartphone in the part of Blade series in Mexico, which is named as ZTE Blade V6 Plus. It is the entry-level smartphone that comes with a fingerprint sensor and is the upgraded version of the ZTE Blade V6 smartphone that was launched recently in India at a price tag of Rs. 9,999.

The ZTE Blade V6 Plus smartphone comes with a metal body design with a 7.9 mm of thickness. It features a 5.0-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and offers a pixel density of 294 PPI. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor that clocks at 1.0 GHz paired with Mali T720 Graphics. The device is running on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with pre-installed applications, and we don’t have any information regarding an update to Android 7.0 Nougat on the device.

It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE network and is housing 16GB of internal memory that can further be expanded via microSD card slot up to 64GB and has a 2GB of RAM for multitasking without lagging a device. The connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB 2.0 port, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and GPS / A-GPS. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back for unlocking the device and applications.

Coming to camera department, it comes packed with a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and is capable of recording videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. On the front, it bears an 8-megapixel secondary camera for selfies and video calling to your friends and family. The ZTE Blade V6 Plus smartphone is backed by a 2500 mAh capacity battery that can give a battery juice more than a day of usage.

It is measured by 143.8 x 70.2 x 7.9 mm in dimensions and unknown weight, which is similar to the ZTE Blade V6 smartphone design. The ZTE Blade V6 Plus smartphone will be available in Grey, Gold and Silver colour options and is priced at 2,950 pesos in Mexico. The Company will also be planning to launch a new smartphone with the codename ZTE C2017 that will come with high-end specifications. it is the successor of the previously launched ZTE Axon Max (ZTE C2016) that came with 6.0-inch AMOLED display.
