Zen mobiles are well known for making affordable handsets in India for over 15 years. The company has launched the first 3D phone called as the Zen S30 with pre-loaded content and also seen a rapid growth in the past few years. Recently, this brand had launched a smartphone with basic level specifications named as Zen Admire Star and is priced at Rs. 3,290. It came with a latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with pre-installed applications such as Zen App Cloud, Saavn, UC Mini Browser, Zen Care app, Vuliv, and NexGenTV.
Now, this brand has come up with two new smartphones that are called as Zen Desire Strong and Zen Admire Punch. Both smartphones are listed on their official website with full specifications, and these smartphones are offering a Dragon-trail protection which is the three times stronger than the standard glass protection. It can protect the devices from scratches and minor drops. These two smartphones come with textured back panel and are offering only 3G network, but these days most of the companies are offering 4G LTE network.
Both smartphones come powered by an outdated Android Lollipop out of the box with pre-installed applications such as Music Player, Video Player, Image Viewer and FM Radio. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offering the connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB port, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5 mm audio jack. The tagline of the Zen Desire Strong smartphone is Beginning of a bond with strong and the tagline of the Zen Admire Punch smartphone is touch and enough.
Coming to specifications, The Zen Desire Strong smartphone features 4-inch Vivid display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution that offers 233 PPI of pixel density while on the Admire Punch smartphone sports larger 5-inch FWVGA display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution that offers 196 PPI of pixel density. Under the hood, both smartphones are equipped with a quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3GHz. The Zen Admire Punch smartphone will be available in Gold and Blue color variants
On the storage front, the Desire Strong smartphone houses a 4GB of internal memory and has 512MB of RAM while on the Admire Punch smartphone comes with an 8GB of inbuilt memory and coupled with a 1GB of RAM. Bothe smartphones can further be expanded via microSD card slot up to 32GB. The Desire Strong smartphone is backed by a 1400 mAh capacity battery while on the Admire Punch smartphone has an 1800mAh battery.
Moving to camera department, the Desire Strong smartphone bears a 3.2-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and has a 2-megapixel secondary camera on the front. On the other side, it packed with a 5MP rear camera and 2MP selfie shooter. Both devices can record videos upto 720p at 30 frames per second. The Admire Punch is priced at Rs. 3,499 which is now available for buy on the homeshop18 website. While the Zen Desire Strong smartphone is not revealed any pricing & availability as of now.
