Recently the Black Shark 2 was confirmed to come with Snapdragon 855 SoC, and now there are new official Renders that reveal notch less display of the device. This Gaming smartphone is going to be launched in China today and ahead of the official announcement, the companies CEO Peter Wu has shared an official render of the upcoming device on his Weibo account that reveals the front of the handset.
The image further showcases the rounded corners with uniform bezels on top and bottom while a controlled on the side of the device might be an indication that the company might also launch a controller with a circular touchpad. The handset will be launched later this evening in China and it will be interesting to see how Xiaomi prices this gaming phone. Furthermore, the device is confirmed to feature a new Liquid Cool 3.0 technology to keep the handset cool while playing games and performing other heavy operations.
The Black Shark 2 will be powered with the Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage along with other storage options. A recent AnTuTu listing revealed that handset will be coming with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 Pixels) resolution display and it has scored 3,59,972. The Black Shark 2 will be coming out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system and will also be getting further updates when available.
