The device is receiving MIUI 10 v9.3.14 Global Beta based along with Android Pie and Dual 4G VoLTE support. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro was launched in India in September 2019 with MIUI 9 and the latest update is available for beta testers only as of now and the other will receive the stable update soon in the coming weeks. If you want to be a beta tester, you can always download the recovery ROM and flash it using the updater method or download the fast boot ROM and flash it via fast boot method. But it is recommended that you wait for the stable update to be on the safe side.
The Redmi 6 Pro also got a temporary price cut in India recently and the handset comes with a 5.84-inch 1080 x 2280 pixels display with a notch on top and is powered with a Snapdragon 635 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM. Out of the box, it comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with MIUI on top. There is a 12MP main camera sensor on the rear, while there is a 5MP camera on the front. There is a 4000mAh battery to power the handset and comes with a metallic body.
There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear and also supports fast charging up to 10W.
