Xiaomi Mido with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 & 2GB RAM Spotted

Just after the launch of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 yesterday, yet another smartphone from Xiaomi has been spotted on the GeekBench website. Dubbed as the Xiaomi Mido, the device is listed on the GeekBench website, where it got benchmarked, and the results show us some of the specs of the device. Looking at the specs of the device, it is powered by the 2.02 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (MSM8953) processor. It packs 2GB of RAM and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow for software.
As per the listing, the device scored 806 on the single core and 3763 for the multi-core score. We don’t have any other info about the device as of now, but now that it has been benchmarked we can expect more details about the device in coming days.
As mentioned earlier, the company just recently launched the Redmi Note 4, which was one of the most anticipated devices for this year. The new Redmi Note 4 sports the Helio X20 deca-core processor clocked at 2.1 GHz. The device comes in two variants i.e. the 2GB variant with 16GB internal storage and the 3GB variant with 64GB variant.
The device will be available in 3 colour options like dark grey, silver and gold with the standard 2GB variant for 899 Yuan and the higher 3GB variant for 1199 Yuan. So, now it is going to be interesting to see what the company is going to unveil this time with Mido. As always the device is expected to launch in China and maybe later it will make its way to India. However, we don’t have any official confirmation on the same as of now, so stay tuned for more info on this.
