It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and supports quick charge 3.0 with the USB Type-C port. The Mi 5 also sports a fingerprint embedded into the physical home button. On the other hand, the Mi Band 1S with heart rate sensor comes with a price tag of ZAR 399 (approx $26 / Rs. 1,800). It is the same Mi Band that was launched in 2014 but additionally comes with heart rate sensor. It is IP67 waterproof and dustproof as earlier and offers a month-long battery life.

The Mi Band 1S can be connected with both Android and iOS devices. Recently the company also launched the Mi Band 2 in China. It sports an LED display and button the front. Xiaomi hasn’t yet announced any plans for the launch of Mi Band 2 in foreign markets. As of now, there are details about the availability and pricing of the Redmi Note 3 in Africa. Stay tuned for more details!

Xiaomi to launch MIUI 8, Mi Max in India on June 30 so Mi Band 2 not before 1-2 months from this date.. and chances are they will first dump Band 1S here.. may be they will pass 1S and launch Band 2 first if they read and care about our comments..
