Earlier this year, Xiaomi launched the Mi 9, Mi 9 Explorer Editon, and Mi 9 SE smartphones. All the three Mi 9 smartphones are now available several Asian and European markets. Now, a new Xiaomi smartphone with the model number M1903F10G is spotted on Thailand’s certification website. While the same M1903F10G was earlier spotted on several other certification websites, the newly spotted listing revealed the device name as Mi 9T.
As of now, there is not much information available about this new device. The FCC listing revealed the device to support NFC and 4G LTE. We think the Mi 9T will be a minor upgrade to the flagship Mi 9 smartphone. Just like the Mi 9, the upcoming Mi 9T might also come powered by the 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform. The Mi 9 came with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and waterdrop notch.
On the rear, the Mi 9 offered triple camera setup which uses 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.75 aperture, a 12MP telephoto sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, it is equipped with a 20MP front-facing camera. The camera app on the Mi 9 came with several AI features like auto scene detection, AI face beauty, and AI portrait mode. It is backed by a 3,300mAh battery and supports 27W fast charging.
The Mi 9 is also the world’s first smartphone to support 20W wireless fast charging technology. While the Mi 9T might offer the same performance as the Mi 9, we can expect improvements in the camera and display departments.
