Xiaomi has already scheduled a launch event for tomorrow to officially launch the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro smartphones. While we have already seen several hands-on videos of the Mi 9T smartphone, the flagship Mi 9T Pro now got listed on the Netherlands-based online retailer. However, there is no information about the pricing or availability of the device. We need to wait for the official announcement to know these details. As rumors suggested, the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro will be the same Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro smartphones launched in China.
In terms of design, both the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro will look exactly the same with the notch-less display on the front and pop-up selfie camera on the top. While the Mi 9T comes powered by the 8nm Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform, the Mi 9T Pro features the flagship 7nm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform. While the variant listed on the website comes in Carbon Black color, the company might also introduce a few other color options as well.
Interestingly, the device also comes with 2 years of manufacturer’s warranty. It comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the device comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 485 CPU and Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie based MIUI 10 out of the box.
There is also 8-layer Graphite Heat Sink for better heat dissipation. On the rear, the Redmi K20 Pro sports triple camera setup featuring 48MP wide-angle sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and an 8MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the pop-up camera on the top features a 20MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports 27W fast charging.
