Recently we have seen Vivo launching its X27 and X27 Pro smartphones and now the company is planning to introduce two new entry-level smartphones that have been spotted on GeekBench which could be added to the V-series or Y-series. The devices that were found on GeekBench listing were named as Vivo 1902 and Vivo 1901 which will be the code names and these could be announced pretty soon with different names.
According to the listing, the Vivo 1902 runs out of the box on the latest Android 9 Pie Operating system and it will be interesting to see if the handset will be getting the upcoming Android Q OS once it is available. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek MT6765V/CB Octa-Core SoC (Helio P35) coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device has scored 815 points in the single-core test while has scored 2472 points in the multi-core. Nothing much is known about the device apart from this information.
The Vivo 1901 has scored 764 in the single-core test while it has got 2321 points in the multi-core test which are slightly lower than that of the Vivo 1902. To power the handset, there is an entry-level Helio A22 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM as it is in case of its sibling. Out of the box, even this device will be coming with the latest Android 9 Pie OS but should be seen if it will get further updates when available.
As of now, we do not have much to share about these handsets except for their scores and we must me knowing more about the same in the coming days.
