Swipe Elite Plus with 13MP Camera & 3050mAh Battery Launched

Swipe, the Indian low cost smartphone manufacturer, launched its latest smartphone Elite Plus in the market today. It will be the fourth device in the Elite series next to Elite, Elite 2, and Elite Note. The device comes with some good entry-level specifications and is priced at Rs. 6,999. It comes with polycarbonate body with matte finish on the back. The device comes with a 5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and is protected by Dragon Trail glass.
Under the hood is the 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded upto 64GB with the MicroSD card slot. Swipe is also offering 100GB of cloud storage with the Elite plus. It has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP selfie camera with 88-degree wide angle lens. The 3,050mAh battery on this device is rated to give two days of battery life.
It is a dual SIM device with dual standby support and offers 4G LTE. The Elite Plus runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Freedom OS laid on top. It will be exclusively available through Flipkart starting from June 6th. The earlier launched Elite Note comes with a larger 5.5-inch but settles with HD resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor along with 3GB of RAM. The Elite Note has the same 13MP + 5MP camera setup as on Elite Plus.
