Samsung’s new upcoming wireless earbuds were spotted on the companies Turkey website accidentally and recently it also passed through the certification website FCC. The online listing of the device has confirmed the name of the same and also illustrated the charging case of it. A Reddit user spotted the device on the companies Turkish website as Galaxy Buds on the warranty information page and is also expected to be the successor of the Samsung Gear IconX earbuds.
The Galaxy Buds were also listed on FCC but it does not reveal much about the device but reveals the bottom of the charging case. The illustration shows an oval object with a charging port on one of its side but it is not sure if it is USB-C type or micro USB port but it can be assumed to be USB-C as the previous launched IconX came with it. The Bluetooth filing of the same confirmed that it will be coming with Bluetooth 5.0.
Few other previous leaks indicate that the Galaxy Buds will be coming with 8GB of onboard storage to save songs and will also be offering improved battery life. We are expecting Samsung to showcased these wireless earbuds at the Samsung Unpacked even coming in a few weeks. The Bluetooth SIG filing confirmed the Galaxy Buds name and the South Korean giant has been making its mobile products under a single Galaxy banner.
There is no update on the pricing of even the launch date of the same as of now, but we can expect it to be revealed soon. Are you excited to see these new wireless earbuds from Samsung? Comment in the section below if you have more queries and stay tuned to PhoneRadar for similar news and updates.
