From the last few weeks, we are seeing several leaks about the rumored Samsung Galaxy A50 smartphone. Now, the device is listed on Geekbench with the model number SM-A505FN. Apart from the model number, the listing also revealed few key details. The Galaxy A50 will come powered by Exynos 9610 built on 10nm FinFET process. It might also come with the Android 9.0 Pie-based One UI out of the box.
Talking about the performance, the CPU comes packed with 4x Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and 4x Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7GHz. The Exynos 9610 SoC also comes coupled with 3-core Mali-G72 GPU. It has scored 1681 on single-core and 4897 on multi-core tests. While the listing shows the device to sport 4GB of RAM, we expect to see more options on the launch stage.
Based on the other leaks, the Galaxy A50 will be coming with a 24MP camera and a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. Going by this year’s trend, we are also expecting a secondary sensor to accompany the primary 24MP sensor. With the Exynos 9610, the Galaxy A50 should also support 480 fps super slow-motion video recording. It will be backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and might support Adaptive fast charging.
