Reliance owned smartphone brand LYF has announced three new 4G LTE smartphones Flame 2, Wind 4, and Water 7. The devices will be available within the next few days through Reliance Retail store across India. Earlier to this, the company has launched five smartphones Earth 1, Water 1, Water 2, Wind 6, and Flame 1 smartphone. All these smartphones support 4G LTE and run on stock-like Android OS. Apart from announcing new devices, the company also reduced the prices of earlier launched smartphones.
The LYF Flame 2 priced at just Rs. 4,999 will be one of the most affordable 4G LTE smartphones in India that support both VoLTE and VoWiFi. On the other hand, LYF Wind 4 comes packed with 4,000 mAh battery that can easily last for more than a day of usage. The battery in Wind 4 is the highest capacity ever offered by LYF till date, earlier to this LYF Earth 1 with a 3,500 mAh battery is the only device to comes with such a bigger battery capacity.
The newly launched LYF Water 7 comes with a fingerprint sensor which was missing in the earlier launched LYF branded smartphones. We can expect this device to be priced same or more than the Rs. 25,800 price tag of LYF Earth 1. According to our source, the LYF Wind 4 is the rebranded Haier L51 that was launched in 2015. From the above image, we can see the same UI and wallpaper on both the devices. The only visible difference is the Logo of respective brands on their respective devices.
