Reliance Jio is currently one of the top players in the industry. Currently, users are enjoying three months of free data and voice calls under the Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. But as far as the JioFi device is concerned, we haven’t been seeing a lot of action. Hence Jio has now decided to bundle some free data with every purchase of the JioFi device to keep the buzz the going. According to the new reports which we have, it looks like the company is now offering free data with its JioFi device.
The same has been spotted on the company’s official website and this free data will be bundled in the form of redeemable vouchers worth Rs. 2010. Since you can get this with every purchase of the hotspot device, it acts like a cashback offer in a way, except that you are getting data instead of money back. But yes, there is a catch. In order for you to be able to redeem the voucher, you need to be a Jio Prime member. So if you haven’t enrolled for the Prime membership yet, they badly want you to do it.
Not just that, the company is also offering exchange offer, where you can exchange your existing hotspot device with the JioFi device. So even if you are not a Jio customer yet, then you can do so by buying the jioFi device and get the cash back for the same. However, if you are already a Jio customer then all you have to do is simply get the device and get going with the recharges.
However, there are certain things which you need to be aware of before making a purchase decision here –
- Upon getting the device, users will not get all the 5 or 10 vouchers that are promised immediately. Initially, only one voucher will be given and then upon redeeming it, users will receive the next voucher and so on. This is probably done to avoid recharges through multiple Jio account.
- As far as the validity is concerned, it pretty much depends on what plan you are currently in. This means that if your active plan is to expire in about 15 days or so, then the data will also be valid until that time period.
- And all the vouchers are valid until March 2018. Also, do make a note that users cannot club this offer with any other offers.
Well, now that you have read the terms and conditions which are not readily available on the website, by the way, you can decide if this is something that you would be interested in. Having said that, we would like to know your thoughts on this. Do you use a JioFi device and if not, then would you consider purchasing one after this plan.
