Razer Phone 2, is the new smartphone which is the successor of the last years Razer Phone. This new device will be coming with a 5.72-inch Quad HD 120 Hz UltraMotion display as promised earlier, which will be delivering the fastest refresh rates and smooth graphics which will be suitable for gaming. Moreover, this gaming device comes with the latest Snapdragon 845 SoC with Vapor Chamber Cooling that allows the heat to spread throughout the phone using the custom vapor chamber that increases the surface area for the heat to get dissipated.
The Razer Phone 2 comes with 645 nits of brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top of the display. The processor clocks at 2.8GHz with eight cores which is coupled with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and Adreno 640 GPU. The onboard storage is 64GB which can be extended further up to a maximum of 2TB via microSD card slot. Out of the box, the device will be coming with Android 8.1 Operating system and might be getting further updates also.
There is a 12MP main camera sensor on the rear with f/1.74 wide-angle lens, OIS and dual PDAF which is supported with a 12MP secondary camera with telephoto lens, dual-tone LED flash and Sony IMX sensors. On the front, we can see an 8MP camera with a f/2.0 aperture size. The handset is IP67 rated for water resistance and has a fingerprint sensor on the side. Apart from these, there are Stereo front-facing speakers with Dual amplifiers and Dolby Atmos, 24-bit DAC Audio Adapter.
The Razer Phone 2 is powered by 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ technology and also supports Wireless charging. It will be coming in Mirror and Satin versions priced at $799 (approx Rs. 59,500) and the Mirror version will be available for order in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe region initially starting today while the Satin version will be available later.
