Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 with quad-core SoC & Android 6.0 Marshmallow launched in India

Panasonic has finally launched the Eluga Arc 2,which was previously announced to launch in India. The device comes with a 5-inch HD display on the front and it is powered by a quad-core chipset clocked at 1.4 GHz. It packs 3GB of RAM  and a 32GB internal storage. For the camera, it carries an 8-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front facing selfie shooter. The device is powered by a 2,450 mAh battery. It also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The new Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 is priced at 12,290 INR.

Earlier: Earlier this month, Panasonic launched the Eluga Note with a 16MP camera and 3GB RAM in India. It is priced at Rs. 13.290 and is seems to be competitive against the like of other smartphones from Chinese brands. Today, the company has sent us a press invite for the launch of a new smartphone on August 1st in New Delhi, India. We expect the company to launch the Eluga Arc 2 as the successor to Eluga Arc that was officially launched in April this year.

The device might come with few upgraded specs over the Eluga Arc. The Eluga Arc came with a 4.7-inch HD display and is powered by the Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor. It is priced at Rs. 12,490 and included just 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
