Back in August 2018, OPPO launched the OPPO F9 Pro mid-range smartphone in the Indian market. While the device was launched at Rs 23,990, the recent price cut of Rs 4,000 brought down the price to Rs 19,900. Now, the company slashed the price by another Rs 2,000. The OPPO F9 Pro is now available for just Rs 17,990 in India. While the device looks stylish with the textured back body and gradient color options, it is backed by the MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor.
It comes with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and waterdrop notch. The 12nm MediaTek Helio P60 chipset on this device comes coupled with Mali-G72 GPU. The device packs 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expandable using the MicroSD card slot. It still runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 out of the box and there is no information over the ColorOS 6.0 update.
Coming to the camera department, the OPPO F9 sports 16MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the rear with f/1.85 aperture and a 25MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.
