Oppo F11 Pro was launched not long ago and a few hours back Oppo also partnered with Marvel to introduce the Marvel’s Avenger Edition of the F11 Pro. The new device will be launched on the 24th of April and now the company is getting ready to launch its new budget-centric device in India called the Oppo A5s. The handset will be included in the A series and is listed on the companies website already hinting the launch is nearby.
This budget-friendly handset will be coming with a 6.2-inch HD+ display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolutions with a waterdrop notch. Under the hood, the Oppo A5s will be powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset coupled with IMG GE8320 GPU. It will be coming out of the box with a slightly older Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and considering that even the entry-level devices are coming with the latest Android 9 Pie operating system this could be a con of the handset.
On top of Oreo operating system, it will be having its own ColourOS on top. As per the lens are concerned, it will be having a dual camera setup on the rear with one 13MP main sensor while a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, there will be an 8MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture size. The smartphone will be available in 2GB / 3GB and 4GB RAM options along with 32GB and 64GB of onboard storage which can be extended further up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
The Oppo A5s supports 4G VoLTE connectivity and also has a fingerprint sensor to enhance security levels. The device could be priced in between Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 10,000 but we should be knowing it when the handset is launched officially.
