For this year’s April 1st, OnePlus teases an electric car with Warp Charge support. While the April Fool’s prank is limited to global markets, the company is getting ready to make some serious announcement on April 1st. The image from the latest post on Weibo shows OnePlus box beneath a Red color cloth along with the April 1st date. While there is no confirmation, the company might actually reveal the launch date for the upcoming OnePlus 7 smartphone.
The post also includes the hashtag #WarpTen and says pre-release poster. With the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition, the company introduced the Wrap Charge 30 technology that comes with 30W power adapter. As of now, there is no much information available about this Wrap Ten. We have already seen several leaks about the OnePlus 7 smartphone. It might come with a complete bezel-less display with a pop-up selfie camera.
While the OnePlus 6T came with dual camera setup on the rear, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone will feature a triple camera setup. Just like other Chinese smartphones, the OnePlus 7 might also opt for the 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. On the front, it might come with a 32MP selfie camera. It will be running on Android 9.0 Pie based Oxygen OS 9 out of the box. Looking at the previous OnePlus launches, the OnePlus 7 should be costing more than its predecessor.
Along with OnePlus 7, the company might also launch truly wireless earbuds. The OnePlus 7 will come powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform built on 7nm FinFET node. It includes Kryo 485 CPU, Adreno 640 GPU, and Hexagon 690 DSP. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details!
