The Motorola One and Motorola One Power are in the rumors mills from last few months. Today at IFA, the company has finally launched both the new Android One devices. Earlier to this, the company had launched the Moto X4 Android One smartphone. Now it came up with Motorola One series after ditching the X-series. With the Motorola One and Motorola One Power Android One devices, we can now expect the brand to release the new Android updates faster than the current speed.
Talking about the Motorola One, it comes with a 5.9-inch notch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is the two year’s old Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It sports dual rear cameras featuring 13MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, there is a single 8MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
It is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery and is mentioned to support TurboPower fast charging. Coming to the Motorola One Power, it sports slightly powerful specifications compared to the Motorola One. The 6.2-inch MaxVision display on the One Power offers FullHD+ (2246 × 1080 pixels) resolution. The Motorola One Power is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Mobile Platform including Adreno 509 GPU. With the bigger screen size, the device also sports a bigger 4,850mAh battery.
In terms of optics, the cameras are upgrades to 16MP + 5MP on the rear and 12MP on the front. Both the devices come with a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion and sports rear-facing fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The Motorola One is priced at €299 and will be across Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific countries. Coming to the Motorola One Power, it will be launching in India in October.
