Micromax has launched a new smartphone Canvas Xpress 2 priced at Rs 6.349. It comes powered by Mediatek MT6592M octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. It has a 5-inch IPS screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The resolution of the device is 720×1280 pixels. The device comes with 1GB RAM and 8 GB as its internal storage and can be expanded up 32GB with an external SD card.
While speaking about the camera, the device packs a 13MP rear camera with large 5P lens and 2MP front shooter. It comes powered by 2500mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4.4(KitKat). The device is supposed to give 9.3 hrs talk time and 393 hrs standby time. Light, Proximity, and Gravity are the sensors supported by this device and helps in automating the device. The connectivity options available on the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
