Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G with 3GB RAM Launched at Rs 9,999

Micromax, an Indian mobile vendor, has been in the news recently when the company announced two handsets in its Canvas Mega series; Canvas Mega E353 and Canvas Mega 4G Q417. Now the company has launched another handset named Canvas Pulse 4G, which is a 4G LTE enabled mid-range device from the Indian mobile giant. Priced at Rs 9,999 you get a massive 3GB of RAM on this thing, it is available exclusively to purchase on open sale from Flipkart, an online retailer.

The Pulse 4G sports a 5-inch 720p display with one-cell technology, which means it has a one glass solution that minimizes the thickness as it fits touch screen and protection and other layers in one. This helps in minimizing the overall thickness of the device. With this handset company is aiming to offer a premium 4G handset to the consumers looking forward to superior quality in the affordable range.

There is a Quad-core chipset on this handset handling the processing while clocking at 1.3GHz, the MediTek MT6753 is the 64-bit chipset that should offer decent performance when coupled with Mali T720 GPU. With an internal storage of 16GB and expansion slot that support storage up to 32GB, you don’t have to worry about the storage space. Running on the Android Lollipop with company’s customized interface on top of it.

In terms of the connectivity, it has 4G network support as mentioned above, as well as Wi-Fi, GPS, microUSB and Bluetooth. Regarding the camera department, it has a 13-megapixxel image sensor on the rear while the 5-megapixel image sensor on the front for selfie lovers. All this is powered by a 2100mAh battery, which seems to be quite small for its size and resolution.

The device specifically comes with the AAC 1318 speakers and NXP sound solution that it is supposed to offer louder and deeper bass. So, you can expect a good music experience on your Pulse 4G. Company has also partnered up with Airtel to offer introductory 4G double data offer for six months.
