Meizu Note 9 Announced with 48MP Camera, 4000mAh Battery & 6GB RAM

Meizu has announced its latest mid-range smartphone in the Note series which will also be the successor of the Note 8 that was launched last year. The device will be available in Black, White & Sparkling Blue color options and is priced at 1398 Yuan (approx Rs. 15,000) for the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage option and the bigger 6GB RAM and 64GB storage along with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 1598 Yuan (approx Rs.17,000). The handset will be available in China starting from the 11th of March and nothing is known about global rollout yet.

The handset will be coming with a 6.2-inch FHD+ waterdrop notch display with an 89.23 percent screen-to-body ratio. The back cover on the device comes with glass texture which is made of high gloss porcelain stacking process. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with Hyper Gaming optimization and Game Mode 3.0. Under the hood, there is a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 SoC with Adreno 612 GPU.

As mentioned above, the handset will come in 4GB as well as 6GB RAM options along with 64GB and 128GB of storage. It will feature Android 9.0 Pie operating system with Flyme 7.2 on top. There will be a 48MP rear camera with a Samsung GM1 sensor, dual LED flash, and 6p lens. It will be accompanied with a secondary 5MP camera along with a 20MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture size. There is a fingerprint sensor on the device with Ai face unlocking to enhance the security levels.

This Dual SIM smartphone supports Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity along with many other connectivity options. There will be a 4000mAh battery on the device with support for fast charging.
