Meizu might launch first Helio X30 Chipset Smartphone with 8GB RAM

Yesterday, we told you about the leaked AnTuTu benchmark of Meizu M5 Note smartphone. Before that, we also said that same Chinese smartphone manufacturer company Meizu is bringing competitor of Xiaomi’s Mi Mix. And is going to launch a 100% bezel-less smartphone in the market. Now according to a report, the company is also planning to launch a smartphone with Helio X30 for the first time. It will support 8GB RAM on board. Reports claim that it will be a new flagship smartphone from the company.

The Helio X30 from MediaTek is latest flagship and most powerful chipset till now from the brand. The report also claims that it supports 8GB RAM as well. There are a lot of devices launching with 6GB RAM in the market, but if Meizu managed to launch this new smartphone with the same chipset and 8GB RAM, it would set a new benchmark in the industry. The Helio X30 made of 10nm technology.

Helio X30 will have ten core design with a combination of A73 and A53 cores. It is also first Soc from the company to support 8GB RAM. The Turbo core of the smartphone will be capable of running up to 2.8GHz.

Talking about the recent update from Meizu, there are so many rumors and leaks with less confirmed information about company’s devices. So one should take this info with a pinch of salt as they might change in future. But if Meizu managed to launch the Mi Mix competitor Meizu Pro 7 with 100% bezel-less smartphone and another this one with 8GB RAM and Helio X30 SoC, these devices will be a game changer for the company.

Meizu comes under top ten smartphone manufacturers in China. On the paper, these devices look solid and if nothing went wrong will surely help the company to climb some spot in the list. The Pro 7 comes with a 5.62-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. It will come with 6GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage options.

On the other hand, recently leaked Meizu M5 Note come with 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 3GB RAM on board. It will be an entry level smartphone with 1GHz MediaTek Helio P10 processor. There is a 5MP front shooter as well in the smartphone for a selfie.

This year, Meizu already launched two flagship smartphones Pro 6 and Pro 6s. If company managed to launch this new Helio X30 smartphone as well, it would be third flagship smartphone from the brand.
