Last month, Meizu launched the mid-range M6s smartphone with mblu branding. Now, a new Meizu smartphone with the model number M851Q is listed on TENAA. Just like the M6s, the M851Q also comes with mblu branding. It is expected to be the Meizu E3, the successor to last year’s Meizu E2. Talking about the design, the Meizu E3 and Meizu M6s look similar from the front. The company is also going with the same side-facing fingerprint sensor as seen on the Meizu M6s.

It comes with metal unibody design and sports curved antenna bands on the top and bottom edges. The power button and fingerprint are placed on the right edge, while the volume rocker and sim card slot are on the left edge. On the rear, the Meizu E3 sports dual cameras placed on the top left corner. The listing mentioned the smartphone to sport 5.99-inch display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution.

The device will be backed by a 3,300mAh battery and measures 156.8 × 75 × 7.6 mm. It is also mentioned to support dual SIM dual standby and will also include MicroSD for storage expansion. The Meizu E3 will be running on Android-based Flyme OS. Under the hood is the 64-bit unknown octa-processor. It will be launched in 4GB and 6GB RAM variant with 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage options.

Based on the leaks, the smartphone will be offering 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras and an 8MP single front camera. Meizu will be officially launching the Meizu E3 on March 6th in China. Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
