Meizu 16t with 6.5″ Display & Triple Rear Cameras Leaked
Meizu has already confirmed to launch the flagship Meizu 16s smartphone on April 23rd in China. Now, the company CEO has teased to one more smartphone alongside the Meizu 16s. According to the newly leaked images, the company will launch two new flagship smartphones tomorrow – Meizu 16s and Meizu 16t. Both these upcoming smartphones will come powered by 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform.
From the leaked images, we can see the notch-less display on the front. However, there is a thin chin at the top and bottom of the device. While the Meizu 16s comes with dual camera setup and ring LED flash, the Meizu 16t sports triple camera with dual LED flash. Also, the Meizu 16t will comes with a larger 6.5-inch display. We can spot the power button and volume rocker on the right edge of the device. It should also run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie based Flyme OS out of the box.
Since there is no fingerprint scanner on the rear, the Meizu 16t will mostly come with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The recent leaks revealed the Meizu 16s with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage to be priced at CNY 3598. It will be coming with a 6.2-inch display with Full HD+ resolution. In the camera department, device sports 48MP dual rear cameras and a 20MP singe front camera. While the Meizu 16t comes with triple camera setup featuring a 48MP sensor, there will be OIS on this device.
The device will be backed by a 3,540mAh non-removable battery and supports 24W mCharge fast charging technology. According to leaks, the Meizu 16t will be priced around CNY 2500. As of now, the cheapest Snapdragon 855-powered smartphones are priced around CNY 3000. We have to wait for just one more day to get the official details of both the devices.
