Reliance’s smartphone brand LYF is now the fifth largest brand with a market share of 7.1% in Q1 2016. All the smartphones launched from LYF comes with 4G LTE connectivity. The company launched the Flame 1 and Flame 2 as the most affordable LYF smartphones priced at Rs. 6,000 price range. But the now the company has launched the Flame 3 as the cheapest 4G smartphone available in the Indian market.
It is priced at just Rs. 3,999 and is exclusively available online through Homeshop 18. Apart from the 4G LTE with VoLTE support, the device sports basic specifications. There even better devices with 4G LTE but are priced around Rs. 4,500. It sports a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. Just like the other LYF devices, the Flame 3 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The device includes only 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. With such a low RAM, we don’t expect perfect multitasking on this device. Coming to the storage, the available storage will be much lower since there will be several JIO apps pre-installed. The user can expand the storage additionally upto 32GB via MicroSD card slot. The device comes with dual SIM dual standby but offers 4G LTE on one SIM. It comes with a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera.

It is also mentioned that the device comes with two years of warranty. Connectivity options include 4G LTE with VoLTE and VoWiFi, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. As of now, the device is available only to pre-order and shipping date is not yet mentioned.
