We know that Xiaomi is going to launch its Mi 9 smartphone on 20th this month and the companies CEO Lei Jin along with President Lin Bun have revealed a lot about the device till date. Now a live shot of the Mi 9 along with its retail box has surfaced online, while the protective film on the device reveals few features of the upcoming flagship device from the company.
The leaks reveal that the device will be coming with the latest 7nm Snapdragon 855 SoC from Qualcomm as it was already revealed with a clocking speed of 2.84 GHz on its eight cores. The leak also confirms the 48MP wide-angle Sony sensor enabled triple camera setup which we know already. The interesting news that we got here is the 20W fast wireless charging on the device.
Well, we will be getting to know all the details about the device at the launch event and we might expect a few more things to be unveiled the same day. According to the previous leaks, we can see the device will be featuring fifth generation fast in-display fingerprint sensor with 6.39-inch AMOLED full screen with HD+ resolutions. The device is said to be coming with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.7 percent with a waterdrop style screen.
Furthermore, the Mi 9 Explorer Edition with quad rear cameras is rumored it be unveiled on the same day. The Explorer Edition of the Xiaomi Mi 9 could come with 10GB or 12GB of RAM and might be priced at 5,999 Yuan while the Mi 9 could be priced at 3,499 Yuan. We need to wait for few more days to get all the specs of these handsets when they get unveiled officially.
