LG Stylo 5 Leaked Renders Reveal 18:9 Display & Front LED Flash

LG will soon launch its all-new W-series smartphones in the Indian market. The company will be selling these new smartphones with an aggressive price tag and will be sold exclusively via Amazon.in. Today, the renders of a new low-cost smartphone from LG got leaked online. The company will be officially launching this new device as LG Stylo 5. In terms of build quality, the device will most likely come with the polycarbonate body.

On the front, we will be looking at an 18:9 display with thick bezels on the top and bottom. While the power button is placed on the right edge, the volume rocker can be found on the left edge. There is a single camera on the front and rear and both of them come accompanied by a LED flash. On the rear, there is also a circular fingerprint scanner. The device also comes with a stylus which can be pulled out from the bottom edge. As seen on its predecessor, the  LG Stylo 5 also features 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port.

As of now, there is no official information about the specifications of the device. It was earlier certified by the Global Certification Forum (GCF) with the model number LG L722DL. Based on the leaks, the device will be coming with a 6.2-inch display with Full HD+ (2160 × 1080 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It will be running on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. Under the hood, it comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Mobile Platform clocked at 1.8GHz.

It packs 3GB of RAM and might come in two different storage options. On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. Since the last year’s LG Stylo 4 also came with the same specifications, take these details with a pinch of salt. Even with the entry-level specifications, the LG Stylo 4 was launched in the US for USD 239 (approx INR 16,500). Stay tuned on Phone Radar for more details!
