Lenovo Vibe C2 may launch as Moto E 2016 Smartphone in the Europe

The Chinese Smartphone manufacturing giant Lenovo is going to launch yet another smartphone under the Vibe series called the Vibe C2. This is expected to be an entry-level smartphone with decent specifications. Sources claim that this smartphone will go under the brand Motorola in Europe at the start. According to the source, it could be a part of the Moto E series for 2016.

This new Lenovo model carries the model number XT1700 and XT1706. Motorola smartphones usually carriers such model numbers. On the other hand, all these smartphones comes under Lenovo, regardless of which brand they come under on the market.

This device comes with a 5-inch IPS HD display which carriers the resolution of 1280×720 pixels. With such a low pixel-packed screen, it comes with decent viewing angles. This new device sports a MediaTek MT6735P quad-core 64-bit processor based on the ARM Cortex-A53 architecture. It is a low-end processor, but it should be sufficient to power through day-to-day activities without any issues.

This device is packed with 1GB of RAM and depending on the region; it will be equipped with either an 8GB or 16GB of internal storage. This will be expandable via microSD card. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE up to 150 Mbps. And according to the source, this dual SIM handset, will support all the Europe and Germany LTE bands.

In terms of camera, it has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel front facing shooter. The rear facing camera will have a flash and Autofocus feature. This device has a thickness of 8.55 mm and is 139 gms in weight. It has a 2750 mAh battery to power all the internals, which should easily last through a day worth of use. According to the source, it allows up to 240 hours of standby time in 4G and has a single speaker.

The device is said to be launching in black and white colors in Eastern Europe, and the pricing is not available yet. We just have to wait and see if the device is sold under the Moto E series in Europe. Lenovo previously launched the Vibe C with 5-inch display and a snapdragon 210 processor.
