Lava X41+ Smartphone Launched with 5” display & 2GB RAM for Rs. 8999

The Noida-based smartphone maker Lava has launched a new device called as Lava X41+ for a price of Rs. 8,999. The device comes in Black and Gold color variants and also comes with Touch-free controls with Air Gestures like we seen in most of the handsets from Lava. From the image, we can say that the device will feature a matte finish and will have the volume rockers and power buttons on the right side. Recently the company has released the devices like Lava A55, Lava A50, Lava X19, Lava X50 Plus and few other devices that include few featured phones also like the Lava Metal 24.

This budget segment device will come with 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with 2.5D curved glass and Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection on top to protect the handset with scratches and minor falls that give a pixel density of 294PPI which is decent considering it a budget friendly device. There is a quad-core processor under the hood with a clocking speed of 1.3GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. The handset is 4G enabled with VoLTE connectivity option which has become a much feature for every smartphone.

Out of the box, the Lava X41+ will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. There is an 8MP camera sensor on the rear with LED flash that includes many other features that can be accessed from the camera settings. Apart from the rear camera, there is also the 5MP selfie camera that useful for making video calls. On the back, there is a Li-Ion 2500mAh battery to power the handset. The device will be competing against the bigger brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Asus and few more.

This is a dual-SIM variant that gives its users the luxury of using two numbers on a single device. The onboard memory on the Lava X41+ is 32GB which can be further extended up to a maximum of 64GB via microSD card slot. The connectivity option of the handset includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, A-GPS, USB and 3.5mm audio jack.
