Intex Aqua Ring Smartphone with Android Marshmallow & 2450 mAh Battery Launched at Rs. 3,999

Intex, the Indian handset maker, has launched budget-level smartphones at an affordable price segment. Recently, the company had introduced two new smartphones with entry-level specifications, which were called as Intex Aqua Pride & Aqua Q7N and priced at Rs.4,999 & Rs. 4,190 respectively. Now, this brand has come up yet another smartphone under Aqua-series named as Intex Aqua Ring and has been listed on their company’s website. It is priced at Rs. 3,999 and is exclusively available for purchase via Amazon India.

The Intex Aqua Ring smartphone comes with a leather back panel and features a 5.0-inch IPS HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions and offers a pixel density of 294 PPI. There is a Dragontrail glass protection, which keeps your display safe from scratches & minor drops and has a 66.66% Screen-to-Body Ratio. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6580A quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU.

It runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow with pre-installed apps such as Auto call record, file manager, torch, wi-fi hotspot, youtube, etc. The device supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 3G connectivity. There is an 8GB internal memory that can further be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot and 1GB RAM that can provide switching between apps and multitask very efficiently.

On the camera department, the device packs a 5-megapixe autofocus rear camera with LED flash, which will be recording videos up to 1080p at 30 frames per second. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel fixed focus secondary camera for selfies and video chats, which can also record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
