Huawei Y9 (2019) Smartphone Gets Price Cut in India

Huawei has cut the price of its Huawei Y9 (2019) smartphone in India and it is now retailing at Rs. 12,990 via Amazon. The handset was launched for Rs. 15,990 in the country and was available in Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue color options only through Amazon India. The updated price of the handset can be found already on Amazon and the price cut of Rs. 3000 is a good deal for the customers who have been planning to get this device. Nothing is known if the price drop is temporary or a permanent one so it is suggested to grab the smartphone as soon as you can.

The Huawei Y9 (2019) was launched earlier this in the month of January only in one storage variant. To remind you the Huawei Y9 comes with 6.5-inch 2340 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ display along with 2.5D curved glass display and it is also the successor of the Y9 (2018). The device is powered with an Octa-core Kirin 710 12nn SoC coupled with ARM Mali- G51 MP4 GPU. There is also a 4GB RAM option with the handset along 64GB of onboard storage that can be extended further with microSD card up to 256GB.

The smartphone was launched with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box with EMUI 8.2 on top. Talking about the camera, there is a 16MP camera on the rear along with a LED flash coupled with a 2MP secondary sensor while on the front we can find a 13MP main selfie camera along with a 2MP camera. It also comes with AI features and supports facial unlocking also to enhance security levels.

There is a 4000mAh battery on the back of the device that also supports fast charging technology. There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear and the device comes with curved design in a 3D arc.
