Huawei launched their P9 smartphone which is the flagship device for the company this year. The device was launched a couple of months back internationally, and it was launched in India last month. The device has some interesting features, and the most standout feature is the Leica Dual Rear-camera at the back of the device. Earlier in the month of April, Huawei announced that it had sold over 26 million units of the Huawei P9 & the Huawei P9 Plus smartphones combined.

Now according to the new reports, the number 2.6 million is now said to have increased to 6 million. And even more surprisingly, this number is only for the P9 smartphone. Well, it is definitely a good news for the company. Do make a note that the P9 Plus is not yet launched in India and many other countries, so this number will further increase for both the devices together. But as far as the P9 smartphone is concerned, the device is doing good, and the results are in front of you.

Talking about the device itself, the P9 sports some serious power under the hood. It is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 950 processor and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A 3GB variant is also available with 32GB of internal storage. But hey, the best part of the device are those dual rear facing cameras. These are two 12-megapixel camera sensors which are co-designed with Leica. One of them is the regular conventional unit, and the other one is a monochrome sensor. The performance is simply excellent here when it comes to the camera.
