Huawei will unveil the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphones on March 26th in Paris. The company will also launch the mid-range Huawei P30 Lite smartphone under the P30 series. According to few leaks, the Huawei P30 Lite is expected to be launched as Huawei Nova 4e in China. Now, the company has posted the teaser image on Weibo confirming the launch date as March 14th.
The device with the model number MAR-TL00 listed on TENAA is expected to be the Huawei Nova 4e. It might come with a 6.15-inch display with Full HD+ resolution. From the teaser images, we can also confirm the device to come with waterdrop notch on the top. The waterdrop notch should also improve the screen-to-body ratio. It will be running on the latest Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with customized EMUI 9 skin on top.
Under the hood, the device will mostly come powered by the 12nm Kirin 710 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz and comes coupled with Mali G51 MP4 GPU. It will be backed by a 3,240mAh non-removable battery and should give decent battery life. The device will also support 18W fast charging technology. We hope the company includes the Huawei SuperCharge adapter within the package.
In terms of optics, the Huawei Nova 4e will be coming with a triple camera setup on the rear and a single selfie camera on the front. While the company already confirmed the device to sport 32MP selfie camera, it might sport 20MP + 16MP + 2MP triple camera setup on the front. The device will support dual SIM dual standby and packs all the basic connectivity options. We will be knowing more details about the Huawei Nova 4e in the coming days.
