Huawei Nova 3 First Look Revealed, Sports Dual Rear Cameras & Notch Display
A couple of years back, Huawei introduced the Nova-series with mid-range specifications. In the coming months, the company will be unveiling the third-generation devices in the Nova lineup. While there is no official confirmation, the PAR-AL00 and PAR-TL00 devices listed on TENAA are expected to be the upcoming Huawei Nova 3 smartphone. Looking at the earlier launched devices, the company might also announce the Nova 3 Plus alongside the Nova 3.
The device comes with glossy finish body and looks similar to the Huawei P20 Lite smartphone. However, the Nova 3 comes with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. The device that got certified comes in Blue color glossy finish body with curved edges. It might also offer the same color changing finish that we saw on Honor 10 Phantom Blue variant. The dual cameras along with LED flash are also vertically stacked on the top left corner.
While the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge, the SIM card slot can be found on the left edge. Just like the many other Huawei and Honor smartphones, the upcoming Nova 3 also sports notch display with 19:9 aspect ratio. It might offer Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) resolution. The device also supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE connectivity. It will be running on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 out of the box.
With the Nova 3, the company might also introduce the rumored Kirin 710 octa-core processor built on the 12nm FinFET process. It will is said to compete with the Qualcomm’s 10nm Snapdragon 710 processor. As of now, there is not much information available about the specifications of the Nova 3 smartphone. However, we can expect the TENAA listing to be updated with full specifications in the next few days. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details!
