Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite Launched with 7500mAh Battery

Huawei has launched its MediaPad M5 series of tablets earlier this year at the MWC and now the company has decided to launch a more affordable variant of these tablets dubbed as MediaPad M5 Lite. The MediaPad M5 series includes MediaPad M5 8.4, MediaPad M5 10.8 and MediaPad M5 Pro and the latest offering of these tablets, ie, MediaPad M5 Lite in Wi-Fi only and Cellular are priced at RMB 1,899 (approx Rs. 20,000) and RMB 2,099 (approx Rs. 22,100). These tablets are already going for sale via the companies official store in China in Champagne Gold color.
Well, the new MediaPad M5 Lite Edition will be coming with a 10.1-inch TFT LCD display along with 1,920 x 1,200 pixels resolution. Moreover, there is also M-Pen Lite stylus support for the tablet which will be offering pressure sensitivity of 2,048 points for accuracy. Under the hood, Huawei has provided a Hisilicon Kirin 659 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The onboard storage is 64GB which can be extended further with a microSD card slot.
On the camera front, there is an 8MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture on the rear with autofocus and for selfies, the company has given another 8MP camera sensor with the same f/2.0 aperture but without the autofocus feature. Out of the box, the tablet will be coming with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system based on the companies own EMUI 8.0 and might also get further updates in the future.
To power the big tablet. There is a massive 7,500mAh battery on the back that also supports fast charging technology. There is one Type-C USB port on the device along with other connectivity options like GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack along with the sensors required for automation of the handset.
