Huawei to launch a new smartphone for women called NOVA at IFA 2016

There are a lot of rumours floating around the launch of Huawei Mate 9 about its launch date and a possible teaser at IFA. But now we have something new on the table from Huawei for IFA 2016. This is, of course, a smartphone but, this is for women. Yes, you read that right, it is indeed a smartphone for women. It is called the Nova smartphone. Well, at this point, we don’t have much info about this alleged new device, but we have an image of the same which got leaked.

So looking at the image here, we can see the side of the device with a very large volume rocker. The device also sports a metal body in gold colour. This looks kind of classy but we can’t predict anything without getting a complete look at the device. Now talking about this interesting decision by the company, this is actually not the first time they are launching a product for women. Previously they also launched the Elegant variant of the Huawei Watch, which is the jewel variant. That variant had a slightly different design to fit a women’s hand better. However, this device appears to be only for women and no other variants will be launched.

so this is going to be an interesting device to look forward to at the IFA 2016 event and we will definitely update more on the same if it happens to be launched at the IFA 2016 show floor. Meanwhile, talking about the other launches from the company, they recently launched the new G9 Plus in China. It is powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset and comes with 4GB of RAM with 64GB of onboard internal storage. It also has a 16-megapixel camera at the back with OIS. We don’t expect them to launch the device is India, but stay tuned for info on the same.
