Earlier this month, Honor launched the Honor 20i, Honor 20, and Honor 20 Pro smartphones in India. While the mid-range Honor 20i is already on sale, the flagship Honor 20 will be available in the country starting today. It is priced at Rs 32,999 and comes in Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black color options. The Honor 20 will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart starting at 12 pm today. It will also be available via selected retail chains across the country. As of now, there is no information about the launch date of the Honor 20 Pro smartphone.
On Flipkart, the Honor 20 users can return the device in 90 days to get a 90% refund. The users can also opt for no-cost EMI options starting from Rs 5,500 per month. Talking about the device, the Honor 20 comes with a four-sided curved glass body with aluminum mid-frame. On the front, the device sports a 6.26-inch punch-hole IPS LCD display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 91.6% screen to body ratio. There is also a 4.5mm cut out on the top left corner to feature the front-facing camera.
Under the hood, the Honor 20 is powered by the 7nm HiSilicon Kirin 980 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G76 GPU and dual NPU. It includes 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 flash storage. Unlike other 2019 flagship smartphones, the Honor 20 comes with a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The quad camera setup on the rear features a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 16MP super-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The 32MP in-display camera on the front comes with f/2.0 aperture. The Honor 20 is backed by a 3,750mAh battery and supports 22.5W SuperCharge fast charging technology. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie based Magic UI 2.1 out of the box. The device measures 154.25 x 73.97 x 7.87 mm and weighs 174 grams.
