Haptik has launched its latest version 5.0 and will work on a mixture of human as well as machines which help its users perform day to day tasks. Now Haptik has also added a built in SmartWallet to allow its users to do end-to-end transactions which will help its users to get maximum out of a single application.
With the aim of cash fewer transactions, Indian is currently going through demonetization, and this SmartWallet will help to solve the same by using it for commercial transactions with a single tap. The new version of this application also features with artificial intelligence (AI) that allows personalisation of services and offerings. The application recommends and guides its users and offers according to its user’s personality and reading the transaction history done from the app.

Haptik 5.0 represents the culmination of learnings from over two million users and is almost a re-launch that company has been working on for close to six months.
“The new version also features an expanded partner ecosystem of over 25 category-leading brands across segments to include Uber, Zomato, BookMyShow, Goibibo, Cleartrip and UrbanClap among others,” the company said.
On Haptik, the user can processes request for services like cabs, restaurant reservation, repair services, movie ticket booking, travel booking etc. Once the user processes requests a services, there is an expert on the chat who will be assisting on the request. When the issue is resolved the chat ends automatically or if the issue is not resolved then the chat assist will try and reach the company them self.
