Apple, which is at #2, may soon have a better share in the worldwide shipments because of the iPhone 6S & iPhone 6S Plus launched recently in the US. The devices would be available in more than a
hundred countries in the month of October which would help Apple easily reach towards the number one ranking.
Talking about Africa, the shipments in Middle East Africa grew by 7 times faster than the global which could mainly be because of the better connectivity options & Google’s Android One push with their Infinix HOT 2 Smartphone launched at $81.
In the Top 10 list there is no Indian Manufacturer, but we do expect Micromax to soon close in & move ahead a few International brands considering their recent sales records. Surprisingly, Huawei is on the #3 which is positioned strongly in the Asia, Latin America & Europe though there are not many devices which are in the buzz but end of the what matters is the Volume & the market share which is where Huawei has succeeded.
