Samsung, which is the only manufacturer to see a growth in tablet sales, is pumped upto launch a slew of Android-powered tablets in the U.S market. Recently, the company has unveiled the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 in Taiwan and two more tablets are spotted on Zauba (import and export database of India) revealing few details. Now a total of four tablets are spotted on the U.S retailer United Office’s website.
The list includes the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 along with Galaxy Tab E 7.0, Galaxy Tab E Lite, and Galaxy Tab E Lite Kids. Apart from the naming, there are no other details mentioned regarding the pricing, specifications and availability. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 came with an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and is powered by Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor.
It has 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage along with a MicroSD card slot. The device includes a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab E 7.0 will feature a 7-inch display and might sport same internals as the Tab E 8.0. The Galaxy Tab E Lite and Tab E Lite Kids will sport a 7-inc display and comes with same internal specifications, but the Tab E Lite Kids will sport a rugged body and runs on Samsung’s Kids Mode.
On the other hand, the tablets listed on Zauba with the model numbers SM-T719 and SM-T813 comes with the screen sizes 8-inch and 9.7-inch respectively. These two tablets can be the 2016 variants of the Galaxy Tab S2.
