The reason for the services that are being down is yet to be known. Many users were reporting that opening the apps seemed to be working fine, but some were complaining about issues randomly. For instance, some users couldn’t load or add an Instagram Story or to a Post while others were able to load the stories but were unable to view the posts in the feed.
