BLU X1 Dual SIM Smartphone Launched with 2GB RAM for Rs 5999

BLU X1 is a new device from BLU that has been launched for a price of Rs 5,999 in India. This is a budget friendly device will come with decent features. BLU has launched many devices in the past and few being the Blu Studio G Plus HD, Blu Energy X Plus 2, Blu Dash X Plus LTE, Blu Life One X2 have been the recent launches.

Coming to the specifications of the device, The BLU X1 Dual SIM comes with a 5-inch capacitive touch screen display, with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels giving a pixel density of 294 PPI. Under the hood there is a Quad core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and the device will be available in Black and White color variants.

To power this handset, there is a Li-Po 2500 mAh battery, while it will come out of the box with Android Lollipop 5.1. The on-board memory on the BLU X1 Dual SIM is 16GB which can be further extended up to a maximum of 128GB via microSD card. There are connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, A-GPS, GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, Micro USB 2.0.

On the rear, there is an 8 MP camera with LED flash and comes with features like, Geotagging, Autofocus, HDR, Panorama and is also capable of taking FHD videos at 30 frames per seconds. There are sensors like Accelerometer, Proximity, Ambient light and magnetic sensors that are required for automation of the device.

The device will be competing against Lenovo A2010, Micromax Canvas A1, Samsung Tizen Z3. Infocus M260, Xolo Era 4G, Asus Zenfone Go and Lava P7 which come with similar specifications.
