Best Selling Smartphones of May 2017 on Amazon India with Deals

In the first half of 2017, Amazon India got some decent amount of exclusive smartphones. On top of the aggressive pricing from the manufacturers, Amazon India is also offering additional cashback on selected devices when purchased through Amazon Pay Balance. All these smartphones support 4G VoLTE for HD call quality and faster data speeds. Below are our favorite smartphones to purchase on Amazon India in the month of June.
Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro – Rs. 25,990
The Galaxy C7 Pro is the second smartphone in the Galaxy C-series to launch here in India. It is currently retailing at Rs. 25,990 is sold via Amazon and Samsung stores. The device still runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box with the customized UI laid on top. It comes with a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with Always-On Display feature. There is also a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection on top. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 626 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. There is a 16MP camera with a f/1.9 aperture on the front and back of the device. With the NFC support and included fingerprint sensor, the Galaxy C7 Pro also supports the Samsung Pay. It is kept powered on by a 3,000mAh battery with adaptive fast charging technology.
Motorola Moto G5 – Rs. 11,999
Just after launching the Moto G5 Plus in early 2017, the company came up with the affordable Moto G5. Though the Moto G5 shares the same design as its elder sibling, the internals of the device are completely changed. It is priced at Rs. 11,999 and will be exclusively sold through Amazon India. It sports 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and packs Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor. It is clocked at 1.4GHz and comes coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It includes 3GB RAM variants and 16GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card for further expansion of storage. It comes with a 13MP rear camera which is better than the 12MP sensor on the Moto G5 Plus, at least on paper. For selfies, there is a 5MP camera on the front. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and is backed by a 2,800mAh battery.
Honor 6X – Rs. 12,999
The Honor 6X is one of the cheapest smartphones to come with dual lens camera. The 3GB RAM variant is priced at just Rs. 12,999 whereas the 4GB RAM variant costs Rs. 14,999. It sports a 12MP and 2MP RGB sensors on the rear with the PDAF support that can capture images in just 0.3 seconds. For selfies, the company is offering an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It sports features a 5.5-inch Full HD Display with a 2.5D glass on top. Under the hood is the Huawei’s in-house Kirin 655 octa-core SoC. The Honor 6X is backed by a 3,340mAh non-removable battery and includes 5V/2A power adapter. It comes in 32GB and 64GB storage variants and on the back of the metallic body is a circular fingerprint sensor.
Nubia Z11 Mini – Rs. 11,499
Recently, Nubia launched the Nubia Z17 Mini as the successor to the popular Nubia Z11 Mini. However, the Nubia Z11 Mini is still one of the popular smartphones on Amazon India. Talking about the specifications, it sports a 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. There is 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 128GB via MicroSD card slot. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Nubia 3.9.6 UI overlaid. It sports a 16MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture and 80-degree wide angle lens. It is backed by a 2,800mAh non-removable battery with the fast charging support.
Coolpad Cool 1 – Rs. 10,999
The Coolpad Cool 1 smartphone is the company’s first device to run on the Android-based LeEco’s eUI. Recently, the company introduced the 3GB RAM variant which is now retailing at just Rs. 10,999. The Cool 1 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There are dual 13MP sensors on the rear and an 8MP sensor on the front for selfies and video calls. The 4,000mAh battery on the Cool 1 is mentioned to give 12 hours of talk time and lasts upto 450 hours on standby. It measures 152 x 74.8 x 8.2 mm and a weighs 173 grams. The device supports dual SIM dual standby but lacks the MicroSD card slot. On the top edge is the IR blaster for controlling the supported home appliances like a remote controller.
