Asus zenfone 2 laser is dual sim smartphone that support dual standby. To insert an SIM on your device, Switch off the device, remove the back panel. You will find two sim card slots one above the battery and other to the top right. Remove the battery and insert in SIM respective slots and put back the battery. Now keep the back panel and switch on the device. You have successfully inserted SIM on your device.

To set on your device, Open the kids mode, Enter the password that you want to save and select a security question. Further, write the answer in the text box and the proceed to the apps that you want to select for the kids mode. Kids mode is activated on your device. If you want to come out from the kids mode press on the exit button and enter the password.

What is Easy mode and how to use it on your device?

Easy Mode helps you in providing a friendly yet intuitive experiences with simple layout and core functions. To activate this on your device, open the Settings, Tap on easy mode. Now, tap on the off button to activate it. The font size becomes large, and all the apps appear on the screen. You can also add, more apps by tapping on the add button, and you can delete the apps by tapping on the edit button. If you want to exit the Easy mode, open the settings, tap on easy mode and click on the ON button to de-activate it.

Yes, you can uninstall the bloatware apps from the device. All you need to do is Open the settings, Click on apps and head over to ALL and tap on the app that you want to remove. Now, click on the uninstall button and the app is successfully removed from your device.

    ONE URGENT DOUBT.. PLEASE GIVE A SOLUTION URGENTLY.. NOT ABLE TO CUT THE CALL AFTER FINISHING THE CALL.. SCREEN GOES DARK AFTER THE CALL.. THEN I SHOULD PRESS THE POWER BUTTON SECERAL TIMES TO TURN ON THE SCREEN..IT’S HAPPENING AFTER TODAY’S ANDROID SYSTEM UPDATE.. ANY BODY PLS REPLY N ADVICE HOW TO SOLVE THIS..

      just check whether your proximity sensor is working or not
      1. Open calculator (built in)
      2. Type .12345+=
      3. It lets you enter SMMI Test, select Single Test
      4. Find proximity, and go through instructions to test
      5. If it’s not working, there may be 2 reasons-
      a) either your proximity sensor is damaged/defective or
      b) you’ve covered proximity with screen guard
      In case of b) replace your screen guard with appropriate one

    sim 2 shows the network, but if dialled from other phone it says switched off.

    I applied a theme which changed quick settings look on the home screen.. It went dark… I want to get back the default white look of the quick settings but can’t find any option… Pls help!
